Explore the four corners of the earth with Compass. Each movement travels to new lands with distinctive sounds. We begin in the cold of the “North.” Next, we head “South” of the border with some fun Latin-flavored music. The third section takes us to the far “East” with pentatonic scales and asian sounds. Strange and mysterious sounds lead us into the West for some syncopated rhythmic passages and a nice brisk tempo to close the show.
